AMERICAN AUTO MAGS'
CHESHIRE CRUISE
July 2009
There had been some rain earlier
but it was
a warm dry evening . . .and so,another big turnout.
I did take some photos, which I'll
try to get up onsite but,
take a look at these, all taken by Paul James

Thanks Paul, it helps me a lot,
being able to get good quality photos up
without the usual delay !
Thought you'd all like to see this
email I got as well.
"Hi graham, Glyn here. It was great to eventually get our dragster
to the criuse night; i think it went down well.
if you do a report or pictures could you mention the car is is owned
father and sons team northern quarter racing, that's Glyn/Danny/Elliott
Jones. The car is a 1932 austin bantam made only for the usa market
and was a popular body used in the 60s/70s.
the chassis is a modern top fuel funny car chassis, made to look 1970s
and uses an svo ford 302 motorsport block running on injected methanol
. see you soon Glyn "
I did get some reasonable photos
so . . . enjoy !
