AMERICAN AUTO MAGS' ENCORE CRUISE
( third Wednesday )
May 2007

It had rained all morning . . . . .

It rained all afternoon . . . . .

and then it rained all evening !

You can't beat a good bit of power parking ! Well done Keith.

It was so humid, the condensation formed pools on the ground . . . .

the lads are rushing to get their sun hats from the car . . . well, you don't want heat stroke do you.

.
there's a big block mopar engine in this . . . thanks Steve, for bringing your car out ( for its first public appearance ? )
in such atrocious conditions.

Mike, glad you were able to make it . . .

Hey Kenny, your car looks good whatever the weather !

A group of visiting meteorologists can be seen here, checking the moisture level in the glass . . . .

Hey Steve, it sounds as good as it looks . . . and it looks great.

At the back end of the evening, Sue and Tony arrived in their '68 Coronet.
They've only had it for three weeks and they're as happy as can be.

. . . . what can I say, other than thanks to everyone who turned out on a very, very wet evening, whether in their yank / rod or
their daily drivers.

When you look back at the photos I took two weeks ago . . . . .

Anyway, that's the way it goes.
We've had some really good, sunny evenings, so I suppose we shouldn't be surprised when it turns out like this.

See you on the first Wednesday of June.
